• Step 1: For exterior applications, check weather conditions to ensure rain or dew is not imminent before the product has had a chance to dry completely after application.
• Step 2: TEST: Tuff Grip Clear should be tested on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
• Step 3: MIX: Before use, mix thoroughly with a paint stirrer or by hand. Stir occasionally during application. Do not mix Tuff Grip Clear with solvent-containing compounds.
• Step 4: APPLICATION: Apply with a textured roller in 1-2 coats (2 coats recommended). Using the roller supplied by SlipDoctors, spread Tuff Grip Clear evenly, applying light, constant pressure. For best performance, avoid thick applications. Once dry to the touch (2-4 hours), apply the second coat at a right angle to the first.
• Step 5: CLEANING: While Tuff Grip Clear is still wet, tools can be cleaned with soap and water. Once dry, tools can be cleaned with a solvent such as xylene.

• For general cleaning and maintenance, use a light pressure water jet. For best results in removing oil deposits or other debris, use a pH neutral detergent and scrub lightly with a soft bristle brush.
